There are a number of ways that you can get rid of the pink color from your white clothes. This should be done carefully so that you do not experience another coloration disaster on your clothes. The most important thing when you are about to remove color from your clothes is ensuring that you do not mix your white clothes with colored ones even if they are color fast. There are many products that are available in the market for this purpose but how do you make sure that these process works out well?

This is one of the processes you can follow to remove the pink color on your white clothes.

Soak your turned pink whites in soapy water for a while. This allows the chemical properties of soap to act on the color as if it were dirt. Rinse the garment.

The next thing you need to do is soak the garment in water that contains Rit Color Remover. This is a detergent solution that easily fades out any color that had initially been transferred to your garment.

After a while, you can remove the garment and put it in the laundry machine for the last step of cleaning. Never mix your whites with colored clothes at this point. If you do, they might just get another color.

The other method that you can use to remove pink stains from your white clothes is by simply bleaching them! You can get bleach from a local store and soak the garment for about thirty minutes then rinse it and dry it. Most whites become brighter when soaked in bleach but some may not look like you want them to. The reason for this is the material of the clothes. Some are receptive of the bleaching process while others are not.

Before you go ahead to remove the pink color o your garment, you need to find out the type of material it is. This will help you determine the best way of getting rid of that color. Follow the correct procedure and instructions provided by the manufacturer of the product you use for this purpose to ensure that you get the desired results.

I was able to remove the 2 ink stains from my rain/overcoat however the cleaner left a whitish faded spot. I used "sizing" to try and restore the luster but it only worked so much - Is there a product that restores the color from the fade?

Regarding baseball pants, I use ESPRO SPORTS CLEANER to get the red clay stains out.  It gets out all stains and has an odor control agent (Odor-Guard).  It sells in retail sporting goods stores (Hibbetts, Academy Sports) and on-line (www.esproclean.com).
