If the sprayers are not working, it's more often than not, because they are clogged. Locate them on your windshield wiper arms and try a paper clip or something slightly smaller to clean them out.
When you hit the sprayer lever inside the vehicle with the hood open, do you hear a buzz? If you do, the line from your windshieldwiper motor to your sprayer is probably clogged or one of the lines could simply be disconnected.
That is the most common problem.
