Yes, of course branded veg-oil is grarenteed to be un-adltrated with other highly harmful oils.
Experts advice not to use oil used for frying more than ONCE.But it is practically not possible to just pour off used oil keeping in mind their ever hiking prices.Best is to avoid deep fryings.it is good for health.( I've tried it but it seems than my evil tounge which wills taste always wins over my wits that wills health)

As long as the vegetable oil smells ok, I think that it is safe to use. When using oil for frying, always make sure that you use the same kind of oil (veg., canola, etc.). Don't mix types of oils together- oils have different heating points.
