I bought smoke-colored sitting group with yellow cushions. They are not vibrant or light yellow. What colors go well with those or in what color should I buy my carpets and drapes?

I'm thinking navy blue or midnight blue accents. It's hard to picture the yellow you say you have, but i imagine it as the typical primary color yellow. Also, I've always like red and yellow together. More of a deep red. My kitchen is painted yellow and I have dark red patio door curtains and red display dishes and fake red flowers in a vase filled with crystal marbles.
