Our plumber spilled pvc clue/cement on our brand new acrylic tub. Is there any product out there that will remove it without damaging the tub?

Probably not. PVC glue actually melts the plastic for bonding purposes. I'd call the plumber back, tell him to make an attempt to clean it off or install another new tub. It was his screw up, he's responsible.

Aside from asking for the plumber's responsibility...

As Hippy said, it makes a chemical reaction to bond better. Thing is, you can scrape it off (if it's not much) and buff the tub. Like, with scratch remover and polish afterwards. It could work and it might (and probably will) leave a faint trace, but it will be times better.

Good luck and sorry to hear that. :<
