Depends on the purpose? If I want to clean myself then I definitely shower. If I want to relax, then I take a bath but of course, after I shower :D
I always have a shower in the morning every day, as I think it's quicker than to have a bath. But sometimes, I also take a bath when I feel tired and feel need a relax, and I think, bath takes time, and we need a lot of water and need to pay it as well.
