Use a good citrus fertilizer and ironite on your citrus trees, and water well. It has been extremely dry here in AZ for a long time and we are seeing a lot of trees suffering from drought stress because people do not water deep enough. "Filling the well" a couple of times a week is just not enough for the water to get down to the root system and allow the tree the water required. Also, you may try deep root watering and feeding. There is a tool that is pushed into the ground forcing a hole , using water pressure, then when you water it can run into this hole. -pixieotr (answers.yahoo.com)
