Honestly, I think that a neon color in a bedroom would funk up your kids' space a little. It also depends on the age of the kid; obviously you're not going to paint a toddlers room a neon color, but if your child was old enough that he or she was wanting a neon color in their room, I would go ahead and let them have the neon color. Recent studies show that Neon colors are relaxing colors. They set the mind in one place and it stays there. Neon color is a wonderful thing!
