Butterflies like bright flowers. They see certain colours I've been told, but not sure who asked the butterfly. I have azaleas, Cassandra, roses and gardenias in my flower bed and the butterflies are everywhere. Oh, I also have cotton growing and it makes a very pretty lilac colour flower before it turns into cotton, the butterflies like that too.
