HI, I was diagnosed with IBS over 20 years ago and was told that I would learn from experience what foods triggered reactions in me. The worst foods for me are all green veggies, all stone fruits. Yet I can make a batch of vegetable soup and drink the broth, but if I puree it I can't eat it. The only solution I have found is not to eat these foods. People often give me funny looks and think I am making it up to cover up being a fussy eater, but that is their problem, I am not going to put myself through pain and suffering just because of what other people think.

Good luck.

You have diagnosed your problem yourself that you are having irritable bowel syndrome. One of the cause of IBS is stress and anxiety. Do not panic in any condition and free yourself from anxiety and stress. Take every problem easy.

Sometimes it won't matter what you eat; it has a lot to do with the anxiety and stress. Check out the drug store for antidiarrheal medications. There are some over the counter, but then again you need to be careful not to get too constipated.
