The mother will come back put it back in the nest if possible or if you have to then put it under a heat lamp or on a heating pad with towels over the top of the heating pad (make sure he/she doesn't get over heated) I'm not totally sure about tree swallows but this has worked for every other kind of bird I raised soak dog or cat food in water until its soggy and no lumps and make sure when you feed it to the bird that its really juicy so it won't get stuck in their throat use a eyedropper or something like that make sure you let the food dribble out of the eyedropper and onto the back of the tongue make sure you don't over feed it cause their instinct is that when their mother comes no matter if their hungry or not they open their mouth cause they aren't sure when she'll be back
I Have A Baby Tree Swallow That Fell Out Of A Nest And I'm Afraid That The Mother Won't Come Back! What Do I Do? And Can You Raise A Baby Bird? And How?
I volunteer at a wildlife refuge and people call us with this question. Can you get it back in it's nest? If it is a fledgling
(has feathers) it will spend time on the ground until it learns to fly. The mother still feeds it. If it is not, and you can't get it back in the nest you need to take it to a wildlife rehab in your area. We have a mixture we feed all the babies. A vet should be able to tell you where one is located. Also there are people that rehab them in their homes.

So what do I do too keep it going and feeding
You should buy a towel to wrap the the baby tree swallow so it doesn't smell your smell, otherwise the baby will come to follow your examples.
