It can take anywhere from 3 days from minor use to weeks from full on addiciton.I was taking 10 or more a day for months. I'm on day 3 of being cclean, and ive never felt worse. My muscles ache all the time I can't sleep I can't eat. Ive only slept 2 hours the past 2 nights, and I can only stomach one meal a day. The withdrawals from lortabs are not fun. It can be equal to heroin addiction. Which I was also taking oxycontin and roxys wich is pretty much synthetic heroin. But lortabs are close to that to. Be carefull with this stuff. Or youll have one hell of a monkey on your back..
