That completely depends on what scent or type you buy. I make my own by using dried rose buds, dried lavender buds, or dried lemongrass, etc. Plus I add a few drops of essential or fragrance oil to the dried flowers and let it infuse for a day or two. There's SO many things it can have, dried lemon peel, orange peel, apple, any type of dried flowers and herbs.
