Trees are a renewable resource.
To a large degree, it's a little like saying "don't eat corn, save a cornstalk."
Has recycling paper and cardboard actually saved any trees, or has it simply reduced the price of said products so more of them are used?
There is tree farming; we are bit totally dependent upon native forests.
