So I found some wooden pallets, and want to use them for Airsoft. what's an easy way (without rebuilding) to cover the spaces in between? I know someone used plastic wrap to stop paintballs, but I feel like bbs would go through that.

It depends on the strength of your weapons. My MP-5 was 425 FPS and it definetly would have gone through plasic. My friends and I built forts out of branches. You could lay branches side by side. That worked for us. Good luck!

I recently bought some sort of sound-deadening fiberboard stuff from Home Depot.  Looked like partially pressed wood or cardboard fibers.  Was really cheap and would do it for your purposes.  Don't think it wold do well in the rain, however.
