Sounds like you need a Pro to come in and soda blast it all off. I've seen this done and that pool looks really nice now. Check the video out and then decide.
A few years ago a pool place did something wrong and white calcium is on the pool sides and bottom. Used wire brush but that didn't work and tried grinding it off. Any suggestions to get it off?
