I think something may have gotten confused between your thoughts and the keyboard. The numbers don't make much sense. However, no matter how much room is on the device, you will never be able to use 100% of the space. Each flashdrive has a small portion of storage meant for driver software, installation instructions, or other company offers. You can always run a complete format on your device to free up as much space as possible. If so, be sure to back up any data of yours as a format will erase all of the data, besides the factory installed data, of course.
