Anything that is reusable can be donated to a Re-home store. Any scrap metal an be sold at a recycling center. The rest you can either rent a dumpster or if the amount is too small for a dumpster, you can get a Bagster from Home Depot or Lowes. They are about $30 to buy the bag, and another $100 for pickup.

Boards and such that the ReStore might not want can also be could be advertised for free on Craigslist or on FreeCycle.  At least in this area there is always someone looking for scrap lumber to build a chicken coop or doghouse or whatnot.
