You can find a wiring diagram for a 36 volt golf cart from a couple of websites online including

However, if you would like some additional help to go along with your diagram then I can provide some instructions for you to follow.
Most golf carts use 6 volt batteries which produce 36 volts and if they undergo appropriate charging and maintenance work then they can last for a long time. Once you have flipped the seat back on your golf cart and have prepared the battery carriage, you should cut five lengths of battery cable at approximately 8 inches long. Once you have cut the cable with large wire cutters, you should snip off about half an inch of insulation from each end. Then, put a new cable connector on the end of each length and tighten on crimp shackles with a socket.
Find the main motor cable wire and place is over the positive side on the no.1 battery. Make sure you tighten the connector with a socket and then proceed to put a short cable from the negative side on battery no.1 to the positive side. Continue by placing another short cable from the negative side on battery no.2 to the positive side on the no.3 battery. Ensure all the connectors are tightened with a socket.
Then put a short cable from the negative side on the no.3 battery to the positive side on the no.6 battery, which can be found underneath the second row. After that, connect a cable from the negative side of battery no.6 to the positive side on battery no.5. Once this is done you should connect another cable from the negative side on battery no.5 to the positive side on battery no.4.
Lastly, grab the main engine ground wire and connect it to battery no.4 on the negative side. Once the process is completed put the seat down and start the vehicle to test it.
