How Can I Fix My Power Window Which Won't Go Up?

It is very possible that the motor which operates your power window has gone bad. (Did it seem somewhat slow for any time just before it went out completely?)I would check there first. A local mechanic could help you troubleshoot this for sure.
Be sure to get at least two estimates if this does turn out to be the motor.
