I like a combination of cashmere and light pink colors. They look incredibly nice together. They calm and inspire. I don't think kids need any of those bright colors. I would not prefer sleeping among bright blue or green colors. You can choose some pastel colors and make the accent on details. You can choose some of the large rugs in the DorisLeslieBlau gallery. Or find some home decoration items in Ikea or even on eBay. That is what I would do. And don't forget about lightings. There should be absolute dark during the night and natural light during the day.
