If your brain is showing no signs of activity/electrical or otherwise then you are most likley not coming back unless God steps in and reboots your brain.so you are really dead and not a vegetable,as a vegetable has life or can serve another purpose as fertilizer or feed. Just being honest.now if you mean brain dead as is a person not paying attention to what is going on in their life/not looking where they are going then we are all capable of that at some point in life. : ) or their would not be the word "accident or accidentally" in the human language. : ) ahahahaha or the word miracle.:)
