Decon ant bait traps. They get in then they take the poison back to their nest and they all die. At least that's what the commercial says or spray some malathion/organophosphates around the plant. Just make sure to follow the directions and wear rubber gloves. Don't get any on you. Or get a few praying mantises and dump them in and around your flower bed, they will make short work of ants and any other bugs that are bugging you.
