Yes it does, red/yellow/orange gives people a burst of egearness and can make some people angry/frustrated. Green is a calming colour, well greens in tones of Mint, lime, cucumber and pastel green. Light Blue is also used as a colour of calmness (like green and combos. Of the two) But navy blue and black are used as colours to motivate power and confidence. White and pastels are colours that can make people feel tired, board, and not energetic, that is why sometimes you feel board, staring at your WHITE computer screen.

Yes it does affect the behavior and the emotion but it is different for every one for example one person could feel calm when they see red as another could feel angrey it just really depends

I believe they do, but I don't think there are any rules on what color effects what mood. For example, red makes you angry, blue makes you sad. I think it's different for each person. I like vibrant colors, so reds, yellows, et ctera, don't elicit anger. On the contrary, they bring happiness, joy, energy. I like blues ad purple and black for relaxation, and I get kind of a sense of power from them as well. Sad or angry colors for me would be very dark greens. Yeah, I'm weird ;) lol!

I think that color does a lot to effect human behavior! Reds are more passionate. Passionate anger, passionate love, or just passion about something. Neutrals are more relaxing because they aren't grabbing your attention and you can just let your mind go to rest.
