I clean mine everyday. My 2 year old has M.R.S.A. I just use bleach and those disinfecting wipes on all her toys and then go around the house and wipe just about everything she can touch. Which in my cause is a lot. I mop,vacuum daily, Bath her everyday. Wash bed sheets daily until the mrsa clears up then wait until the next break out. Then start all over...
