My AC compressor won't kick on, no cold air, it worked before I got work done, (Pcm bypass to computer & ground so car could start again) when I got it back, AC doesn't work, any suggestions?

Take it back to where you got the work done and tell them as they should warranty the work or since they screwed up the AC. If they don't contact your local news station help line and explain the situation to them as this could get very expensive and they will help you get a remedy here.  Good luck
