You could try scraping it out with a screw driver or something similar. If you can't get it off, you might have to just dig out the grout in that spot and regrout it.
So does anyone have any suggestions how to get pink nail polish out of grout? (Tile floors and nail polish bottles are not a good combo.)
Take a piece of fine steel wool and buff it out, just be careful not to touch the tile.
