I would venture here to say your Thermostat is bad or going bad
when i turn on my central air conditioning unit, my furnace also comes on.....both units run simultaneously resulting in warm air....any ideas?
Yes ... Call an HVAC person and don't run them simultaneously!
You should call an electriation.
