Can Fleas Bite Through Clothes?

I have been dealing with this myself, and what I have found is that they can't bite through clothes depending on the thickness. If I wear Levi's they can go up the leg of the pants, so I tuck my pants into my thick socks. Most socks have natural holes in them that fleas can easily reach through, so I wear two or more pairs of socks. So far it seems to be working. However, if I wear a thinner pants and they are tight fitting (i.e. Exercise pants) then I think I have received some new bites through those, but not 100% sure. The fleas are annoying, and driving me crazy but with constant vacuuming, and many trips to spray my house by the pest control company it's getting better, but not over yet. Hope this helps.

If you type in "actual pictures of flea, bite etc... You will get ACTUAL pictures of what you need. Good luck to all with flea problems, I almost lost my mind trying to get rid of fleas.. I walked out of my apartment and charged a room for a couple weeks. My son and a friend packed up my belongings and I ended up living at my son's home temporarily. I've been here 5 months and I still believe I'm getting bitten and it's driving everyone crazy because no one else is allergic to them like I am. I am physically disabled and could not keep up with the vacuuming. I didn't have a pet, they hitched a ride on me from the apartment hallway because my neighbor next to the elevator told me "I'm having one hell of a time getting rid of these fleas."  I was the only one making a complaint to the office. The daemon fleas were in my car too. It's been over a year. I wish good luck to us all who have met the FLEA.  From suffering.
