It is probably clogged or the water pump is failing.  The easiest to check is if it clogged.  You will have to take the back off.  There is a plastic basket around the steel inner tub.  It will have a drain hose coming off of it.  It is the one that goes into your drain.  Just follow it in.

Even if your out of warranty check for recall issues. We had a Neptune and they s**k. It may be the circuit board. If it is a recall issue it may be fixed for free. Please rate my answer.
