Water Is Squirting Up Out Of The Toilet Fill Valve. What Has Gone Wrong?

There is a seal inside the top of the fillvalve and when it wears out, it will leak. You can either replace the whole thing, or pick up a repair seal or kit to fix you type of fillvalve.
