You may have to shut off the whole house. There is a valve outside at the water meter. Then open a valve on a low lying bathtub or faucet to drain the house.
Then you can find where the water maker line runs and there may be a small valve there. Typically those are tap-in connectors and have a valve built in to the connector. Or it may share the cold water supply line under your sink.
