I had the same problem with an eastern sky no less ! I took a king sized sheet,sewed into a triangle.fastened top and bottom of the vertical side.then I took a dowel with an eye screw on the end with this I pull the drape over and hook it on a screw.works great.when I want them open I just un hook it and let it drape down the wall. If you give it a little twirl it really hangs quite nicely.
