I don't no if I'm reading this question right are you asking if there is a stain in your clothes and you wash it and it doesnt come out can you still "pray" as in pray to god? If so Yes of coarse god doesnt care what your wearing when you pray to him. Now as to getting a stain out you need to get some stain remover form the store it will be in the laundry detergent isle it will be called (stain stick, stain remover, spray and wash.) those are a few but there are many more just put the stain remover on the spot and then let sit for a while then wash like normal.
