This machine has shock absorbers. Mine had to be replaced, on warranty luckily, but that fixed the problem.

The load might be out of balance. Try redistributing the load or, if drying one large object like a pillow, add another large object as a counter balance.
Also check that the machine is level on the floor (you can adjust the 'feet') and that it isn't banging against a wall as it spins.
