First thing you do is to fill the growing bags with some compost and place the bag up in a vertical direction. Open it at one end. Place some seed potatoes deep inside and ensure that there's a layer of 4 inches compost covering the tubers.
Add more compost if you notice any tubers pushing to the surface. Water them on a daily basis.
