My Washer Won't Change Cycles It Stays On One Cycle, Why?

It sounds like something is going wrong with it.  You may have to find someone to come look at it or come fix it.  It could be anything.  Have you tried changing the cycle moving the switch and draining the washer?  Maybe restarting it.  Other wise, you may have to have a tech come look at it.  If it is under warranty make sure the people you call if you do knows that and they work on those products and accept the warranty so you don't get charged.  Good luck.
