Depends on what you are trying to do. Do you want to control the entire double outlet with a switch? If yes, take the black hot that comes into the outlet (always hot, check with a tester), join it to one of the wires coming from the switch. Then connect the other wire coming from the switch to the brass screw on one of the outlets. Jumper the two outlets together (brass to brass and silver to silver).
