The rollers on the top of the door that slide in the mounted track should have an adjustment screw on them. Do one roller at a time. Turning the screw to the right will lowere that side of the door and screwing to the lefft will raise that side of the door. Adjust slowley, a little turn goes a long way.

What you want to do is get out your sewing needle and thread. Be careful you don't jab yourself in the prick, and slowly weave the needle in and out until the pocket is leveled. Then just squeeze the left ball-bearing and munch the carpet a little bit, and bam, pocket door is leveled.
