One way is to make short jumpers (same size and color as incoming wires), Join 2 jumpers to each incoming conductor with a wire nut, then hook the jumpers to the two outlets.
Or use just two jumpers to go from one outlet to the other after connecting the incoming wires directly to one outlet. Most outlets have two screws on each side.
