My Gas Water Heater Is Draining Through The Overflow Pipe. The Pressure Relief Valve Has Been Replaced; The Pressure Measures OK According To The Plumber, But It Is Still Leaking. Also The Tank Has Been Flushed.

Possibly might need a expansion tank installed.

Make sure the thermostat is not set too high. But maybe the plumber opened the new pressure relief valve and now it's jammed. Try another new relief valve.

The Relief valve that is leaking does two things..   Its also call a Temp-relief valve.
It is a Safety valve for both pressure and temp.    It sounds like the water temp. Is getting to high.
