It depends on the individual that will be using it. The center should be the height of the persons line of sight. Another method is to center it between the top of the counter and the ceiling. You should also leave enough room between the counter and the medicine cabinet for cups and toothbrush holders. Also allow room above the medicine cabinet for a light fixture if one is used.
