Black Mondo Grass is also known as 'Arabicus,' 'Ebony Knight,' or by the silly names 'Black Monkey Grass' or 'Black Dragon.' This plant grows to an average of eight to ten inches tall and it also produces some kind of little bell-shaped pale violet-white flower. This plant requires partly shade as well as sun. If it does receive proper and sufficient sunlight throughout the year then it is sure to remain shiny as well good looking. In terms of fertilization it requires a little or even if you don not provide it with some it will do. It even requires minimal water.
