Is It Ok To Plant Ceder Trees Right Beside The House, Will The Roots Damage The Foundation?

I'm not sure about that specific tree, but yes I believe it can. There were large maybe about 6 yards from my house and after a while the roots got so big, they were pushing the concrete up off the ground. In bad weather, the branches would brake off and land on the roof costing me lots of money. My mother has the same problem. She has a tree in front of her home and now the tree is blocking the access of the water valve under the ground. In order to get to it, they have to cut down the tree to fix her water problem. I would plant the tree, but not so close to the home. Later on it may be a problem and more money might be spend out of your pocket. I hope this help a little!
