The Garry vacuum is a joke!  The plastic impeller broke after the first few uses.  Everything that's vacuumed up goes through the impeller, so if it picks up a hard item, like a pebble or marble, the impeller breaks.  This makes an awful noise (even louder than the normal noise of the machine).  The only option you have to 'fix' it is an exchange.  They charge $50.00 in shipping, plus tax on the shipping.  Then it costs money to send the other one back.
Fool that I am, I did this once.  The second machine broke the third time I used it.  I was vacuuming my little boy's room when a small (marble size) rock went through the impeller.  It broke.  I don't care how careful you are in trying to avoid hard little items like these, there is always one hiding somewhere in the carpet.
I called customer support, explained my problem, and said I wanted my money back.   My option?  Send the machine back, at my cost, and they would send me another machine for another $54.85 (shipping and tax).
My advise?  DO NOT BUY THIS VACUUM!  Spend a little more and get a really good,  vacuum.from a reputable company. My cost for this vacuum, including shipping, handling, and tax was over $300.00.

It's a piece of junk.  Do not get sucked into this if you haven't already done so.  It is TOTALLY a scam.    NO HASSLE, my foot.  It worked great for the first few months and now to get a replacement they want to charge me $50 to ship the new one and then another $50 to send the old one back......so not worth the hassle.  Buyers beware DO NOT BUY this......

I have replace my vacuum 4 times in the last year and a half.  You can't pick up anything bigger than bread crumbs or the plastic thing inside breaks.  At least they have replaced it but now they want 50 dollars to replace it.  And I think their customer service is now being directed to India.  They say they are in California but they all have Indian Accents and are rude!  The company use to be located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA but now they just have a PO Box in Van Nuys.  If you can't get a physical address don't buy from them!  Stay away from the Garry Vacuum!

I bought it, I've returned it, I wish I hadn't.  Its nothing more than a high cost vacuum, which does not work well on carpets.  Its loud and only works well on bare floors.  Buyer beware

I have had a great experience with my Garry Vacuum.  We have an Akita and I have allergies from all of the pet dander, so it's kept in check.  I recommend.

Yes ofcoarse I am using the garry vacuum for last couple of months and its really worth the cost as comparison to other vacuum cleaners available in the market and also I am satisfied with its suction power it really has a heavy motor which creat bit more noice but thats because of its heavy suction power and they gave me set of eight bags in just 5.95 which is a good offer because my previous bag last for more than 50 days though I am using it twice in a day as I am allergic to dust so I rate it A+
and my family also like the merchandise

I purchased by Garry Vac 4 month ago. At first, good suction, especially with pet hairs. Today, during a regular vacuuming, the motor burned out. The first sales rep I spoke to hung-up on me. The second was not much better. They are only interested in making money by over-charging s&h fees. They wanted me to charge to my credit card $50 for this. It does not cost that much to send it to CA. Why should I have to pay s&h again when I already did so when I originally purchased it?
