There are shelves upon shelves of cleaning products that you can buy in most supermarkets which will help you get rid of those pesky yellow stains in your toilet bowl.
However, in my opinion, the best solution is the simplest: Vinegar.

Whilst I'm not saying they don't work perfectly well (in most cases), I prefer the more natural solution provided by vinegar.
'Stain today, gone tomorrow' is the name of the game, and here are the things you'll need:
Allow it to sit for an hour or so, and then scrub away with a toilet brush. Once you've got the stains off, simply flush your toilet!
Another suggestion is to use half an orange as a sponge. Scrubbing away at the stains usually does the trick - presumably because the acid of an orange works in the same way as vinegar does.
