Go to a store and pick up silk flower leaves and gently put them in the paint just so a little paint is on the leaf and press it onto the wall. I did this for my son and it turned out great.
What Painting Techniques Could Be Used For A Hunting Theme Bedroom?
I know some people that take leaves and spray over them to leave the outline in paint. Of course, if you really wanted to impress him, you could always just buy him a rifle :P
