Hibiscus will bloom continuously if kept in a sunny, warm place, like the deck of a house facing south or west. In the winter, however, there isn't enough light indoors, even if you keep it in a sunny place, so it probably won't bloom then although it might, depending on where you live.

Thanks for the answer! I live in eastern NC, so I plan to bring it in the house this winter, before the 1st frost. It gets a lot of sun up until 1pm. I've been noticing that once the flower blooms, then it drops off the next day. I just hate that. Hopefully with "miracle grow' I'll get more blooms all at once. I purchase it for $7.50 at Walmart and they didn't really take care of it.

I know it won't bloom in the house now after your response. I really don't have a lot of sunlight coming in! grrr...Thanks so much!

Hibiscus are tropical trees which don't stand cold climate. They grow well in partial shade and in winters it is good to place them inside the house.
