Well if everything else is dark I would suggest painting the walls a Dark Chocolate color and then maybe changing your curtains to a light color to match your couch. I have a white couch with dark cushions and light curtains and my walls are brown and I love it. Go for it!
A light blue or a mint green

Um well I don't know, brown?? Thats obviously the theme you are going for. I would choose a light brown, with a hint of grey maybe? Just so the room isn't too overwhelming
