Clean it right away. If it sets over night you may not get them out. Pre Treat the stain with Shout wait a few minutes then wash the stain by hand with Biz and and your normal detergent and COLD water. Warm or hot water will make it worse. If the fabric is bleach safe use the Clorox Bleach Pen and apply directly to the Blood stain then wash normally with COLD water.
